We 3D LiDAR scan the structure, engineer the entire trim system in SolidWorks, and ship you a fully custom aluminum or stainless fascia, awning, and trim package — robotically laser-cut, CNC-formed, and powder-coated. Your crew installs in hours. No waves. No re-cuts. No callbacks.
Every contractor we talk to is fighting the same battle. Field-built trim is killing margins, killing schedules, and killing the bid for the next premium home.
Thin gauge metal bent in the field looks rippled and cheap — and the homeowner notices on day one.
Field measurements miss. Pieces get cut twice. Your guys lose half a day per elevation hand-fitting trim.
Tight reveals, hidden fasteners, long unbroken runs — high-end designs you physically can’t build by hand.
Leaks, separations, expansion failures, finish problems — every callback erases the margin from the job.
You watched a competitor win a $400K luxury build because they offered a “manufactured” trim system you couldn’t quote.
Local sheet metal shops can’t handle large panels, complex profiles, hidden fastening, or architectural-grade finishes.
The problem isn’t your crew. The problem is building roof trim like it’s 1985 on jobs that cost millions of dollars.
The only roof trim process that delivers approval drawings before a single piece of metal is cut.
Our team flies out (anywhere in the continental US) and captures a millimeter-accurate 3D scan of your structure — every angle, every transition, every reveal.
We import the scan directly into SolidWorks and engineer your entire trim system in 3D — including expansion joints, backing, attachment, and hidden fasteners.
You and the architect see professional working drawings before fabrication. Nothing moves forward until everyone signs off.
Robotic fiber laser cutting + CNC forming + in-house welding + Sherwin-Williams architectural powder coating. All under one roof.
Factory-finished, labeled, palletized, and shipped to your jobsite with installation guidance. Your crew bolts it on. Done.
Everything below is included when you partner with PMG on a project. No nickel-and-diming, no “engineering fees” on top, no surprise charges for revisions.
Active project markets — we travel for field measurement and installation support across all of these regions.
Outside these areas? We service the entire continental US for qualified projects. Tell us about your job →
Scan-to-delivery typically runs 3 to 6 weeks depending on project size and finish. Approval drawings are usually back in your hands within a week of the scan, so you can keep the rest of the trade scheduled around a known install date.
No. We’re actively pushing in those markets, but we travel nationwide for the scan, project coordination, and installation support on qualified projects. If you have a luxury home, hospitality, or architect-driven commercial project, we want to talk.
Your crew installs it. We engineer the system to be installer-friendly, ship it labeled and palletized in install sequence, and our team is on the phone with your lead any time you need us. On larger projects we can have a PMG rep on-site for the first day of install.
Aluminum and stainless are our standard. Finishes are architectural-grade in-house powder coat in any Sherwin-Williams color, UV-resistant and rated for harsh climates. We also do anodized, painted aluminum composite, and custom finishes by request.
A local sheet metal shop is bending trim by hand off a tape measure. We’re 3D scanning your structure, engineering the system in SolidWorks, robotically laser cutting and CNC forming oversized panels, integrating expansion joints and hidden fasteners, and powder coating in-house. We handle the projects local shops can’t physically produce.
Every project is custom — pricing depends on linear footage, complexity, material, and finish. The free project assessment includes a rough budget range so you know if it makes sense before anyone commits to anything.
Tell us about the job. We’ll review the scope, suggest a system, and send a rough budget — usually within 48 hours. No pressure, no spam, no obligation.
